01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a course, enrolling in a certification, or otherwise using www.mindtechage.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MindTech Age (operated by Monk of Mind), incorporated in Delaware, USA. We may update these Terms periodically — continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

Our Platform is available to users of all ages. The following conditions apply by age group:

• Users aged 13 and older may use the Platform independently, subject to these Terms
• Users under 13 may only use the Platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent
• Users under 18 who make purchases must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf
• All users must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements, or that a parent/guardian has accepted these Terms on your behalf.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@mindtechage.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk or legal exposure for MindTech Age or other users.

04 Courses, Certifications & Content

4.1 Educational Content

MindTech Age offers online courses, certification programs, and community resources focused on human clarity, decision-making, ethical intelligence, and navigating the age of artificial intelligence. All content is for educational and personal development purposes only.

4.2 Not Professional Advice

4.3 Certifications

Certifications issued by MindTech Age represent completion of our internal programs. They are not accredited by any governmental or regulatory body unless explicitly stated. We make no representation regarding their recognition by third-party employers or institutions.

4.4 Content Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes to courses they have purchased.

05 Purchases & Payments

5.1 Pricing

All course prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

5.2 Payment via Stripe

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Your payment data is handled by Stripe subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on course purchases, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact contact@mindtechage.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed courses or certifications
• Purchases older than 14 days
• Community membership fees where access has been provided
• Purchases made during promotional campaigns with explicit no-refund terms

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction. We will collect and remit applicable taxes where legally required.

06 Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform — including course videos, written materials, frameworks, the MindTech Age curriculum, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by MindTech Age or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to You

Upon purchase of a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the course content for your own personal development and non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute course content in any form
• Share your account credentials or provide access to others who have not purchased the course
• Use course materials to create competing products, derivative works, or training materials
• Screen-record, transcribe, or redistribute video lessons

6.3 Your Content

By posting in our community spaces, you grant MindTech Age a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use such content in connection with operating the Platform. You retain ownership and may request removal at any time.

07 Community Standards

MindTech Age is committed to a respectful, inclusive, growth-oriented community. By participating, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Share misinformation or content that could harm other community members
• Spam, solicit, or advertise products or services without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Post content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature or access controls

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

08 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindTech Age shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MindTech Age in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindTech Age and its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

09 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your license to access course content will end. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Section 5.3. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the courts of Delaware. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11 Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

12 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services, including Stripe (payments), and may link to external sites. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MindTech Age is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

13 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related restrictions.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MindTech Age regarding your use of the Platform.
